Roblox lists the 14.5 event, and public code lists add MINI14.5, VESSEL, SCIENTIFICMODIFICATIONS, TAILEDBEASTS and FIXEDEXCHANGE above the Update 14 batch. Update 14 community coverage focuses on Ninja Exam, Chakra Training and Karma. Start with the new codes, then use the gameplay notes below to find the system you came back for.
The Roblox event establishes the update label. Community videos help identify gameplay topics; they are not official patch notes.
VESSEL, TAILEDBEASTS and SCIENTIFICMODIFICATIONS are confirmed as repeated public code strings. A code name alone does not establish how a feature unlocks or which build is strongest.
Code rewards are described as F2P Tickets and potions. Sources disagree on some quantities, and we have not redeemed these codes in-game.

The newer review clarifies the observed Ninja Exam and Vessel flows, but it does not turn community footage into official patch notes.
Chico_PL names Ninja Exam in the Update 14 overview. SleepyATG describes World 18 as New Leaf Village and mentions a defense activity using a Kunai Key. Whether that activity is the Ninja Exam is not established by the descriptions alone.
Check the activity name, entry requirement and key cost in-game before using a key. The sources reviewed here do not establish how to obtain it.
Chakra Training appears in Chico_PL's Update 14 description. The training location, required currency and scaling are not specified in that description, so this guide does not supply a guessed unlock route.
Read the training screen's requirement and next upgrade effect before spending. CHAKRA is also a reported redeem code; that does not prove it grants training currency.
SleepyATG's description mentions Karma, a Scientific Ninja Tool gacha, pity management and coin farming at the Otsutsuki Shrine.
Before rolling, inspect the currency, cost and pity counter shown in your server. Exact rates, pity thresholds, reset rules and the best option have not been verified here.

For Update 14.5, the VESSEL, TAILEDBEASTS and SCIENTIFICMODIFICATIONS code names are documented in public lists. Their names do not provide a verified recipe, unlock condition or tier ranking for those systems. Read the Ninja Exam rank-up guide and Vessel branch and token guide for the timestamped evidence and the remaining limits.

What changed in Update 14?
Community coverage names Ninja Exam, Chakra Training and Karma. The gameplay section separates the available descriptions from requirements and values that still need an in-game check.
Does the VESSEL code unlock a Vessel?
The reviewed code lists describe tickets and potions. They do not establish that redeeming VESSEL unlocks a Vessel feature.
Are these official patch notes?
